Security
Bid documents are confidential. We treat them that way.
You're sending us drawings, specs, and numbers that competitors would love to see. Here is exactly what happens to them — in plain language, with nothing we can't stand behind.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Documents are encrypted with TLS when you send them and encrypted at rest in our infrastructure (built on Supabase/AWS and Vercel).
Your documents never train public AI models
We process documents through commercial AI APIs under terms that exclude training on your data. Your drawings, specs, and pricing do not become anyone else's model.
Access is limited to the people doing the work
Only the processing pipeline and the estimating QC team assigned to your project can open your documents. No browsing, no reuse across customers.
Deletion on request
Ask us to delete a project and we delete the documents and derived data. No dark archives.
NDA before you send anything
Happy to sign yours, or provide ours, before the first package moves.
Your data stays yours
Deliverables, extracted data, and project history belong to you. We don't resell, benchmark, or share them.
What we don't claim
We're an early-stage company and we'd rather be precise than impressive: we do not yet hold SOC 2 or ISO certifications, and we don't claim compliance we haven't earned. If your organization needs specific controls, ask — we'll tell you plainly what we have today and what's on the roadmap.
Questions before you send a package?
Ask us anything about data handling — or send us your NDA first.
